A very distinguished man came to the studio and asked if I’d be interested in creating a bronze pig for his wife’s 70th birthday. It seemed like a fun project! When the clay model was finished I invited him to come and see it. Once he had approved the piece, I mentioned that the hard part now was to think of a title. He replied, “How about Nancy’s Pig?”
